The "purgatory" is now no big deal. The sec has done this to so many Marijuana companies that now it doesn't mean anything. Look at another one cann they are trading at over $11.00 Dollars a share. When they first started trading they started like at $4.00 and they have almost doubled in price. There business continues and the company is moving forward. The sec suspending companies is now no big deal.
