After the announcement today about some Samsung executives breaking the rules for price fixing, would it be unreasonable to consider that other Samsung executivs could be "persuaded" by Nokia to follow Nokia's lead in dealing with IDCC, with Nokia footing the large legal fees with their advance case? I think not.
