You can buy the vapes. Regarding the biofuel angle. Could have been a scam or maybe just a failed idea. More ideas fail then succeed. I wouldn't invest a dollar into biofuels at this time personally. USEI pulling off a successful alternative to oil is science fiction. Making some pot cupcakes, vapes, and a grow facility very doable and potentially profitable. Sketchy people getting involved in a barely legal market makes sense.
