Exactly. Nobody want to accept SEC lingo and try to tear apart that one word every time...

The SEC NEVER uses the term "fraud" in its suspensions. Only "questions" "concerns" etc.

The fact that it is not there is meaningless.

Every company, insider etc. that has been subsequently sanctioned, prosecuted, etc. FOR FRAUD after a suspension did not have the word "fraud" in the suspension order

NONE.

But they all had "questions".
