That's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy high. Oncology, the most expensive theraputic area, doesn't even come close to that for Phase I.

The average for a therapy like Hema, a small trial group for an orphan disease, is more like $20K per patient, significantly higher than it was five years ago, but nowhere near the numbers you were quoting.
