Greetings everyone! I had a very nice lunch today with Andy in Germantown, MD. We had salads at the Red Robin and spent more than an hour together 1-2:20PM. He looked great, even better than in past meetings. I felt he was much calmer and confident this time. In a nut shell I am much more confident now than ever before...
It was a casual and very open conversation. Not one question was avoided in any way...although he could not give me the names of the companies that are in the running for a license deal with BIEL. He only mentioned that the company is a well known name.
As expected he gave me several actipatch samples and some literature.
I'll give short answers to the questions that I asked. I did take some notes and gave him a list of the 19-20 questions before lunch arrived. again he was very open but this was not an interview or interrogation.
1. can you currently purchase atcipatch in USA with a Rx? yes from a licensed practitioner
2. will BIEL sell directly to the public once FDA approves? yes thru amazon, etc.
3. social networking, media plans, infomercials? yes, once the license agreement is finalized with large pharma.
4. USA packaging similar to healfast? yes
5. price range in USA? $20-$30
6. Has anyone approached the VA? will be the responsibility of the licensee
7. Outstanding shares? 6B and may/will likely grow more
8. moving to OTC:BB? yes but no date give
9. insider/family stock ownership? yes, IBEX is owed +$7.3M
10. Reverse split? no, it's been discussed but NO. More likely a stock buy back
11. buy-out or buy-in from major pharma? no, but a license agreement is underway. BIEL retains the patents. Licensee would handle all distribution, marketing, etc for a substantial upfront fee.
12. Chain store authorizations in USA? all big boys are waiting for FDA approval
13. USA distributors? no, will do the large pharma company license agreement when FDA grants approval
14. Canadian distribution, marketing, etc? will be part of USA license deal...Greenwood deal was a bad play
15. Sports team marketing? yes, but could not say the "baltimore" teams involved...LOL
16. Boots & Amazon UK sales and out of stock situations? We talked about it but I don't recall his answer.

I am very enthused about BIEL and have been since 2008...thru all the ups and downs. I'm in this for the long haul. It's real and the product works.
I was very pleased to hear about the potential stock buy-back. The "big pharma" license deal will pay back the outstanding notes ($7.3M) +++
buckle up team BIEL...this is going to get very interesting this year. One day soon you will wake up and this little guy named BIEL is going to be playing in the big league.
