I agree. It's solid waste. BCAP isn't even operational. The last PR was back in 2012. The CEO is a known fraud and has a history of shell scams that has left all of his previous scams at no bid.

Last entry of BCAP on the OTC is Nov 15, 2012 which is a late filing notice. Boy I guess BCAP was right it is late. So it was not a false statement. LOLZ

BCAP on watch July 1, 2014. Could be the changing point for BCAP. I think the skull and crossbones gave Matt a conscience. I will bank on that.
