Big time. I believe, though I don't know the specifics, a lot of funds have certain requirements that must be met before they can even think about investing such as minimum share prices. I'm sure some have restrictions on the OTC.

An uplist would be huge but I wouldn't hold my breath. Watt was pretty clear in his speech that we are not a priority.

Thats because most OTC stock companies are PO boxes, or companies drowning in RED. FNF are unique circumstances. There will be a fairly large premium for some if they wait for safer grounds.
