True, some funds would have restrictions against buying OTC stocks, but if they knew it was a sure thing, I am pretty sure they would find a way to skirt the issue somehow.
Rather than wait for the uplisting and miss out on +15% gains, they would have ways to get exposure now and avoid the stampede later.
