I agree sounds like that's the way ... But is cship and uplisting directly related or two totally separate battles?? Lil confused on all that... Is one of the criteria for uplisting , not to be under cship??

Doesn't there also supposed to be a certain amount of shareholder equity required? I don't see that happening with the government stealing all the net income.
