Even the OTC upload title is marketed "AUDITED". If I recall that is a box you can check that adds that word...although I may be confusing that with something else.

what it means for an auditor to be "associated" with a company's financial statements and what the auditor must say in its report......

The accountant is current and certified in Florida. But Individual CPAs cannot be registered with the PCAOB only firms. So I cannot tell who he is associated with. I suppose I can send this filing to the PCAOB in DC and to the Florida State Board of Public Accountancy. They will get to the bottom of it.
