What bio-tissues do ANY of these companies print in 3D?

Or maybe I should just ask... what does printing bio-tissues have to do with printing chocolate candies, chess pieces, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers. motorcycles, surgical scissors & other surgical instruments, etc.????
