If that 2,396,163,513 Outstanding as of today is correct, then DEWM has more than doubled the 1,010,858,175 shares it reported on November 14, 2013, when it's filed the 3Q/13 10-Q (see page 1,) adding nearly 1.4B shares in six months.

As of November 14, 2013 the registrant had 1,010,858,175 issued and outstanding shares of common stock.

To be more precise, the OS is now 2.37 times that November, 2013 number.
