You are right. That was never my intention.

I did post numerously on seeking alpha and on twitter that I was planning on writing an article.

http://seekingalpha.com/symbol/NGHT/stocktalks

the first public post I made was on april 17th. I attempted to publish the article on the 24th but seeking alpha rejected the article because the company was too small. I attempted to publish it as a blog but decided to try to publish it again as an article. It took several attempts but eventually they accepted the article.

So from April 24th to May 5th my followers knew I was planning on publishing an article. And I cannot control what my followers do. The article has been one of my least read pieces, only 2,300 views to date versus some of my other pieces that had nearly 10,000 in one day. The article had zero effect on the market because everyone that follows me already bought and since nothing happened they sold.

From april 24th to may 5th the price ran up 130%. that's what happened. People knew an article was coming out and they bought. There wasn't a 'pump' and 'dump.' It was people buying on the rumor and selling on the news.

Just look at the trading activity from the 24th of april to the 5th of may. It was public knowledge that I was writing a piece by that point. And in anticipation it had a huge run.

No one bought once that article came out because no one but my followers read that article. I had about 500 views the first day it was published. I have about 730 followers. That means only people who follow me read that piece. So anyone who read that article already owned it the stock.

I'm very sorry for those users here who have been following the stock for several months. I do not 'p&d'. Otherwise I would have sold myself once the article was published.
