Yes I really think management needs to realize they are a bit out of their league when it comes to getting this drug brought to market. I remember reading something in recent interview that when asked if PVCT was prepared to bring this drug to market by themselves without a buyout, PVCT replied yes. To me this was a bit worrisome because this statement seems rather naive, we are currently miles and years away from being capable of launching a new drug. I have worked in pharma for a bit now and launched 2 drugs, it is a huge process even getting approved much less brought to market. I am hoping that I read this wrong or this answer was not indicative of managements mindset regarding pv10.
Bottom line : I agree with you, they need to arrange a buyout ASAP or run the (increasing) risk of having pv10 never see the light of day
