blueblizzy, thanks for this well substantiated post!
With your techie background, would you be able to speculate a little further as to in which aspects the Sphere 3D solution to work in off-line local mode may differ from the Citrix and VMware solutions?
Further, do you expect this chipset:
a) to be integrated with for example, an Intel XMM 7260 chipset which would greatly enhance communication capabilities and reduce the off-line time?
b) to be build-in in all types of BYOD thin clients by current manufacturers or to be combined with for example the Intel XMM 7260 in a separate dongle style of device and sold as such making use of the 17000 sales channels from Overland?
