Please help me understand where we are. The govt has filed a protective order....claiming the plaintiffs are asking for evidence that is confidential, or protected, and govt can't submit . But now , doesn't the judge rule whether their claim is valid. Can we expect a ruling from the judge in a matter of days, or weeks, or months? On whether they have to submit these discovery requests. Do we know what has been asked for?

as impossible as it may seem, this is starting to feel like shareholders are going to get the bend over and like it job. this administration has spent the last 6 years re-writing laws and parts of the constitution they don't like. i, most definitely, won't be selling, but sure as hell hope this judge sweeny has a moral bone in her being.
