I think like .66 would be "all time lows" we are quite a bit higher than that - at least for now. From my reading of the filing they are not parsing it out and are seeking $20M now. I think it is better to get the money we need for the whole sha-bang now, dilute once and be done with it. If we parse it out alittle here and alittle there folks can never be confident in the O/S - at least this way we will know the O/S, know they have the cash they need, and know there is no need for further dilution.
