I suspect you're right. I believe firmly that as the story of the Congressional vote gets picked up by more mainstream media, and potential investors begin to digest just how important that vote is, this and other MJ tickers are going to get that volume boost needed to take these stock prices up. Whether that happens in tomorrow's trading session or later in the week is anyone's guess. But this will have a marked effect on the market.
