I wonder why he sold and why he sold in such a way. I met him several years ago at LDMicro with Steve and he was very impressive (he had just done well with the sale of Flip Video to Cisco.) I'll try to find out Tues evening.
My first reaction was this was not good news as Yoshi's stature helped validate Dsny to me, but sometimes there is more than meets the eye with this kind of news, particularly with how the selling was done.
