The SS at last call was 395M.. If you use the 75M held by Martie & Susan the float is at LEAST 320M..

You can't overlook Martie has yet again found a way to leave information out of his filings..I could have missed insider holders from the Q..

Another FACT you can't overlook..this so called invested asset revenue accounts for 90% of stated revenue.. Compare that to other public companies which state on average of more than 75% of revenue from invested asset operations.. Every one has a 1 star rating for a reason..

Not to say this stock doesn't have potential.. I'm still holding being very very cautious
