Caution is wise, even if it's optimistic caution. I take it you mean 395 Mil OS when you say SS. Of course SS includes all 3 categories in the share structure but I figured that's a typo.
How does 395 mil OS compare to the last count? People have been saying there's no sign of recent dilution but I haven't kept track of the SS, including the OS for some time now...is this dilution relaxation for real?
