I Could Look at PEIX and say they don't Make as Much
Money do to Paying Debt , FVA ,Dilution

Your Right,Understood REX Growth is more Priced In to the Stock Price as It's much Closer to achieving a Fair Valuation than PEIX.

PEIX is Still a risky Value Play In Comparison with the Much
Lower P/E,While REX is More Stable and less risky +
better Management adds to REX's Value


but All that Aside , I Would be Willing to bet
that PEIX stock Price Climbs Higher by Percentage
for the Remainder of the Year.
