"When asked in an email from me about the mid-year question Ben responded "I don’t believe that June 2, or even a few months later, is out of the common mid- year definition"

and this is why I call ben an idiot...a few months past june???..that's a common mid-year definition??...lol

"If you want to define "a few" as 3 then the end of August would still be "on target"."

3 months past june 2 is sept 2...that is not "on target" for anything that was said, predicted, intimated or anything else...

"When Kim said that January was possible that kind of implied, at least to me, that tonnage production would fall on the earlier side of what ever way you wanted to define mid-year. I would say that is now past. I guess that something that might have happened to enable the production of tons by January didn't happen"

agreed...best case scenario was jan...reasonable scaenario was june...soon we will be entering the "uh oh" scenario...lol

"Even if there is news of how amazing BR is or that SpiderPillar has been perfected, how much are those developments worth? Without mass production they are just lab experiments."

im beginning to suspect that ms itself is just a big carrot..kim never had any intentions of getting anything done with it..hes banking on br, spiderchiller or the next big thing to be what he will mass produce...until then, hes just experimenting with mass production (if you call pounds mass production)..

its not his money hes spending after all...

does warwick know?..beats me..maybe the experimenting warwick is doing with ms is about the same as would be needed with br, big green or big purple...so its no big difference to them..

it seems that warwick is referring questions back to kim...why?..is this not a partnership?...perhaps kim doesn't want warwick to tell the truth and warwick doesn't want to lie....hmmm

"I don't think anything will move the SP much except proof of mass production"

IMHO, I don't believe will be seeing any PROOF of production quantities from Kim ever.

Any specifics such as these will, most likely, not be released until a statement of sale is revealed and confirmed by the outside purchaser and quantity numbers if any will be released by that purchaser only if they choose to do so.

Statements of increased production percentage capabilities from Kim mean nothing without PROOF of the confirmed baseline production outputs that are being used in his equations.

IMHO we will see no sustainable, real share price increase here until we have a confirmed proof of sale announcement from an external, recognized buyer.

As they say.......MONEY TALKS

Correct....there were reported inconsistencies,so Kim sent his evaluation team overseas:

Scientific Evaluation Team encouraged by Monster Silk™ Ramp up Program

Click For March 20,2014 KBLB PR

LANSING, Mich.,— Kraig Biocraft Laboratories, Inc. (OTCQB: KBLB) (“Company”), the leading developer of advanced spider silk based fibers, today announced that its scientific evaluation team performed an onsite assessment and evaluation, at the request of the Company, of its genetically engineered recombinant spider silk, Monster Silk™, production ramp up. This production ramp up follows closely on the heels of the Company’s successful pilot production program, which finished in late 2013. The scientific evaluation team reported that the ramp up program is on track for large scale production of Monster Silk™. The team’s report also included specific recommendations for accelerating commercial scale production and for completing the transition from pilot production to commercial scale production.

Without mass production they are just lab experiments.

I believe they are much more than mere lab experiments, though I see the point you are trying to convey.

Without mass production they are potentially lucrative silkworms, hence there is value on the potential alone.

Provide proof of production, with respect to cost-effective,quality consistent commercial quantities, the potential increases exponentially....

Certain fibers are being produced with specific markets in mind.

Kim's building his business relationship base for the long-term.

He's closer than ever to getting things done....

I'd allow him a few more months to "make things happen."

IMO Kim would be correct. But he is always cautious.
Consider that we have been told many times that the farm they are using can produce metric tons.

Just for example say the maximum tonnage the farm could make was 10 tons a month. Kim could seed that entire 10 tons and have had a hatch in January with a ton or with ten tons. But without knowing the survival rate would hold steady he chose not to seed the entire farm.
He started small and is increasing with each cycle. It is the proper way to do it. When you reach a point where something in the line starts to falter you prop that section up and solve the issues and continue to expand.

That is what the pilot program was all about and if I am not mistaken the PP was done at the same location.
It is not just Kim and the scientists that want to see proof of concept. The farmer would want to see it as well before he handed over his livelihood to a business deal.

I think that metric done in Q3 is my expectations. If they have not produced it by the 10q I would say they had an issue.
I do speculate that the batch that Kim has planted now that we are awaiting the hatch of, will be the metric ton quantity we are looking for. The PR was "fair warning".

IMO 45 days or less.... the time it takes till a live egg spins.
