IMO Kim would be correct. But he is always cautious.
Consider that we have been told many times that the farm they are using can produce metric tons.

Just for example say the maximum tonnage the farm could make was 10 tons a month. Kim could seed that entire 10 tons and have had a hatch in January with a ton or with ten tons. But without knowing the survival rate would hold steady he chose not to seed the entire farm.
He started small and is increasing with each cycle. It is the proper way to do it. When you reach a point where something in the line starts to falter you prop that section up and solve the issues and continue to expand.

That is what the pilot program was all about and if I am not mistaken the PP was done at the same location.
It is not just Kim and the scientists that want to see proof of concept. The farmer would want to see it as well before he handed over his livelihood to a business deal.

I think that metric done in Q3 is my expectations. If they have not produced it by the 10q I would say they had an issue.
I do speculate that the batch that Kim has planted now that we are awaiting the hatch of, will be the metric ton quantity we are looking for. The PR was "fair warning".

IMO 45 days or less.... the time it takes till a live egg spins.
