Thank you! I appreciate the response. I've seen nothing but random drivel from people bringing up the same tired negative reasoning that doesn't actually apply. This was a solid and legitimate response as to why the negative perspective is valid. And I do agree, as I said in another post they could have easily changed their target since the last time Vigil said anything (although I'd love to see the deal finished next week of course). On the same note, I honestly can't tell if this firm is meant to help with the entire process or just one small piece for the current deal. The wording is vague (as per the norm) so it's difficult to tell what needs to be done here. It really would hinge on their involvement in this particular acquisition.

This goes both ways, I assure you. Photron Company was in Hydroponics mainly, look how high that one run. There are several others that are multi dime. Hydroponics is a large part of the marijuana space!

i am definetely on your side here > i did not go into as much detail in my last post as you did but , i am positive that this is going to be the beginning of delays on any closing next week > this is just a way that company's stay within moral guidelines with share-holders so to speak when they know that things said in the past are not going to be competed in the time frame promised ..... once the masses that are holding see this news things will not stay supported at current levels > it could even hold until next monday (but) if the news on the closing of the deal with dispensaries is not on the up and up then hold on for what might happen next,.............. i have lots more to say but will withhold fo now
