I find it amazing that people talk as though DNDN was a complete failure. Yes the gains weren't enormous but it still extended OS by 4.1 months. Is it expensive, yes but have you seen the cost of Chemo and radiation? People don't say OMG that guy spent 100k on medication or treatments last year.
