I don´t know if he is really soooooooo helpful. For sure he is a YES MAN for Richard and that´s why he is in the BOD.

Remember: They have get the LP Concession in Spain without Don Cristobal Colon and they have loose the concession in the time with Don Cristobal Colon.

Now you can ask yourself, if he will be really helpful for the company (or specific for LP) or if he only take the monthly paychecks.....
