I just wanted to commend your clarity, Run. I concur with your viewpoint. Now there is more cash on the table. If I were the new investors I would make sure it doesn't get pixxed away like MM suggests would happen. They have to at least be THAT smart, no? I know, I know, maybe not. But $1MM+ is a lot of money and the strategy looks more smart than dumb to me for the maneuvering room they had to begin with.

On our trip my boss and I came up with this aphorism:

"Difficulty defines the context of the mission, it does not dictate the results."
