If we don't oust FIFER or at the least change the majority of the BOD, are you content losing all of your money on this sinking ship ?

It has not been shown what the company is doing to get out of this debacle. They are sitting on their hands doing SFA.

That in itself, is a huge problem.

I work at an investment Firm in Panama and all of those details and more are being taken care of. Canadian lawyers are not cheap either but we got the funding for everyting. Once Fifer is gone local Banks will lend. There are already commitments all with the first requirement that Fifer cannot be involved. BOD members already in Place. All new BOD of course all representing the top shareholders. Thanks for your input German Investor.
