I think most longs close to management had no clue the liabilities were this high including myself.IMO

Clearly booting Fifer out will just put us closer to B.IMO

If German guy can get votes to boot Fifer with financing from his connections. We all know Fifer would be gone so fast.

What has Fifer been doing in NYC? is this more fluff to dump shares before single digits arrive?
