blue, don't beat your head against the wall.

Those who are obsessed with insider sales, options, etc. have as much chance of holding onto a volatile stock like this until it reaches its potential as someone who relies solely on technical analysis. Those poor soles should consider more appropriate investment vehicles.

"only one reason to buy" - well, then why is it our management does NOT BUY!?? especially if they are so optimistic about our near term potential e.g. NOK, Samsung, Ericy, etc.. If they were really smart, they would exercise options and HOLD the stock for a year to benefit from a lower capital gains tax rate. NO, INSTEAD they exercise and SELL immediately.

As long as you post trivial dismissals to valid shareholder concerns and to questionable management behavior, I will post sensible rebuttal.

[Sorry Bulldzr, your points are well taken, and I was dug into my foxhole, but adverse management actions (Form 4 today and silence on accounting concerns) and pumpers of management that attempt to dismiss such valid shareholder concerns with trivial diversionary dismissive garbage will rightfully draw me out for serious rebuttal.]

Furthermore, it is not too late if anyone wants to change their vote from "yes" to "NO" on the 5M more ISO shares i.e. proxy measure #2. We can do more than sit on our hands and wait for the ASM results. Folks might want to change their vote based on recent management action (Form 4) or inaction (accounting concerns) as the case may be.

BSW, certainly the insiders have been wrong about their selling and when they sell the stock has gone up. Let’s forget about the market as far as IDCC and performance and look at this issue a different way. I agree with you about IDCC’s performance but why is it the insiders don't have the faith we do?

What has Colson (who sold 50,000 shares on the 16th), Clontz, Roath, and Bogialiano done for this company?

Most have only bought 2000 shares and that includes Rip Tilden.

I hear every excuse in the world for selling from the need to buy a house, college education, the windows only open for a certain time, ( that sucks because if that was true MSFT and INTEL would never be able to sell).

As far as communications goes we have one poster today saying he spoke with Guy Hicks and the negative comments on will be addressed. Another poster said they spoke with Janet Point and it won’t.

Who’s on first?

I will call Guy in the AM to see what’s going on.
