They have publicly made claims about material events and activities (like major infrastructure rollouts and pilots with municipalities) to induce investment. And those claims are complete lies. That is fraud, and it is illegal.
But it's a small-fry operation and it's not on regulators' radar because bagholders are too lazy, ashamed or weak to stand up to these blatant con men.
