Your timely Post should give pause to many posters here preparing to have a frantic "frenzy fit" on the basis of insider selling. I would like to see some of them "chewing on your Post", perhaps by eating their computer screens as a way to vent and calm their passions before they spill and splatter yet again on this bloody board.

When Directors sell about $3 million and other executives sell another $2 million or more, all in the past few weeks, then you cannot dismiss shareholder concerns lightly with such dismissive remarks as "Chat room junkies whip themselves into frenzies".

This at a time when we cash investors are led to believe that the company is "on a roll" and "management has momentum", etc..

The implications of such repeated and confusing insider sales by IDCC Directors and executives is painfully obvious i.e. management does not cherish their stock position in the company nearly as much as we cash investors do because they are awash in stock options.

Be assured that I am long, and I am very disgusted by the lack of restraint at IDCC when it comes to management granting themselves wave after wave of shareholder wealth in the form of excessive stock options, year after year.
