I think this type of news would normally blow over right away since the revenue recognition issues flow from a binding contract, but unfortunately, it comes during a time when some of IDCC's shareholders have repeatedly pounded management with gratuitous criticisms about excessive compensation and dilution. If one distrusts management then how can one trust the accounting?
