so now you think that the sec is on kmag's side and is closing in on the mysterious 3rd party that is causing all of the problems for jeff (or is it duncan) reed?--so the sec first suspends kmag--then delists them to the grey market--they then focus their attention on some other entity that caused kmag to be suspended and delisted?--that doesnt make any sense.
or are you saying that now kmag is ready to show final and verifiable proof that they dont belong on the greys and now the sec is trying to help them prove this?--im not sure what you mean by this but the sec is not trying to close in on the 3rd party.
the sec and finra could care less about what ever is ailing kmag...much like the ceo.
he deregistered the stock in 2008 he suspended operations in march 2013
there is no kmag--there are no customers--it was and is a failed pump and dump--even jeff (or is it duncan?) reed knows this--thats why he suspended operations--his other company is down %99--can you imagine that--and is late with their filings--maybe the sec can help him with that.
there may be some kind of an announcement or tweet before end of may hailing a glorious comeback for kmag--but there will never be audited fins, because they dont exist--my only post for 24 hours--e
