Anatomy of a failed stock/pump/dump--kmag style.

jeff, (err is it duncan?) i know--i'm the only one creeped out by a middle aged man changing his first name--
he comes back from a prolonged illness and sees his company in dis-array--so as carmil has laid out--he puts out prs about revenue growth and stock buy backs but all the while sells into the pump--divesting himself of his shares to get whatever cash he can.

shows that this company was delisted to the grey market and has a skull and crossbones moniker and a C.E. designation...caveat emptor.

on september 16th 2008 jeff reed filed a form 15--

last 8k was filed october 30, 2007

ask yourself why he did this? why would he do this?--what reason?

from october 2009 thru september 2012 un audited financials began being released--un-audited--each release showed subsequent revenue growth--tho unsubstantiated... each report had foreward looking statements promising even more growth.

as one would assume would take place--the stock price began to rise.

may 01 2012: management announces that it is analyzing a stock buyback...it is not a stock buy back announcement--it is an announcement that they are analyzing one.
