Anyone who has been around cannabis and growing it for a long time would be dying to work with a facility like ours! I am telling you right now I would have no problems with staffing and setup. Offer the grower an incentive by yield per square foot per day. Determine a fair average and pay them a generous wage to meet or exceed expectations. I would not hire a "horticultural pro" I would hire a cannabis pro. We should be looking for hybrid strains which would have mold resistance and potency. Maintain a variety and use only true breeding strains(no hermies). Once we have found 100 or so excellent mother plants we then clone her over and over again. They should have a quality control specialist who can make the grade.
