Just a couple of points...
"PTQ to transfer to MPSA 833.3 hectares of land (both title and possessory rights) which comprises all PTQ land holdings within a 30 kilometre radius of the Cobre Panama project (excluding the Molejon concession)"
Okay... has anyone dropped a 30 kilometer radius circle over the area described above? How is this not a threat to Palmilla (regardless of the Golden Dragon complication)? What this says to me is "Once Molejon is tapped out (3-5 yrs est), please get out and stay out!"
If Molejon was the only resource and the market was pricing gold at the cost of extraction it would make some sense to me to wait until the market turned before converting the resource. With the stresses the paper market appears to be incurring and second half 2014 looking better for a substantial move upward in gold I would drag my feet...use whatever excuse I could, even at the risk of appearing incompetent, to convert at the highest possible price. If by September, the price of gold returns to 1650 or higher and I pissed away six months of full production at 1250-1300 what would "incompetent" be defined as by the shareholders then?
Regarding heap leach... of the 150,000 ounces it seems reasonable to assume a yield of 120-130,000 ounces.G
