#68699 RE: LeGoose #68662

Hypothesis? Interpretation? I really do not know how to make this any clearer, this is not from ME, this is from FINRA. I called several months back when these were going off and the initial "panic" set in over the typical "manipulation crowd". I got an answer I had no problem with... "They are fee related"... I am more than satisfied with that answer as it stood as it really affects me in no way.

Of the 3 OTC securities I have traded over the last 6 months none of them had such transactions occurring, but none of them were sub penny crap stock, in fact one I have no idea why it is still on the OTC and not back on an exchange where it came from. My point is, it certainly isnt keeping me up at night and worrying over the exact detail of the transaction. I certainly do not suspect the answer given as to being fee related was given in jest or to mislead.

But as usual this answer doesnt satisfy the conspiracy crowd and there has to be a "link" or document to post that shows directly what exact fee could possibly be assessed outside commission. So once again it has reached another peak in topic on many boards, SO I wasted my time and used my network and called around to get a more detailed response. I was pointed to Regulatory Fees, and told specific sections to look at and new reporting requirements. I posted those exact sections, linked, documents and yet the responses are still the same of disbelief.

Lets review what has been offered to date as to the causes:

1. Market Maker Manipulation.
2. Bid Whacker trying to suppress the PPS.
3. Toxic Financier trying to guarantee the lowest close over 5 day period.
4. Partial Fills of broken down transactions.
5. Regulatory Fee passed on by a broker.

Of those 5 only one has actual documentation backing it, only one has been confirmed through conversations with FINRA to date. I can tell you 3 of them are quite hilarious but none the less entertainment is paramount in the OTC, I certainly do not care what one wants to believe.

So I ask what do you have that can counter what has been given... and so far well absolutely nothing, so I am not sure why even respond when there is nothing further to discuss. A sale is occurring on either the Bid or Offer so I am not sure your point about sell to the Ask, shares are sold on the Ask and Sold on the Bid, but my comment is about it doesnt matter where the sale occurs, the fee is assessed and is directly involved to a Block Position. Certainly my "assessment" of the trading involving a Block Position can be questioned, so be it, that is my observation and yet I see nothing has been offered to show that it is not. I made it clear that the Block Position is my own observation.

P.S. I see nobody else willing to put themselves out there, but what should one expect from the sit back crowd.
