There have been ZERO new shares issued with respect to the amended authorized. Just because a company increases its authorized, doesn't mean that it actually intends to issue more shares. It just means that a Company has the ability to issue more shares if it makes sense (like an acquisition for example). There is a HUGE difference between increasing the shares outstanding vs. the authorized shares. Everyone needs to learn simple terminology. GEEEEEEEEZ
