When i call a SPECIAL MEETING according to the TSX rules, it doesn´t matter if i nominate only ONE Member or FOUR Members.
We have to do everything according the TSX rules, that´s absolutely normal.
I will repeat again: Change only 1 Board Member makes no sense. That´s not enough. If there will be a voting, there will be one against three YES MANs from Fifer (including himself) and they can decide again what they want.

Germaninvestor said costs went from $600 to $1400. We need an explanation and a new plan from Fifer & management as they did not provide news within 10 days as per there NR. We have no direction and no cash until July and only if requirements are meet will we get funds. Market is clearing telling us that they are not interested in shares until changes are made. I would love to increase my share count at some point if changes were made or if i seen some fight out of management for shareholders.
Has rich man Fifer bought a single share with all his wealth?
Nothing on insider buying to suggest management did a good job or that they believe in the company after doing a $60m deal.
I agree with German guy that we need $ to get production up ASAP to get back to profits once again.
