I appreciate the "fishing" but that's like asking why didn't someone register the vehicle they purchased?

Why didn't someone stop by the cash register before walking out of the store with merchandise they didn't purchase?

Not very good analogies. No offense. Registering shares with the state, it seems Huffman felt confident enough with this technicality that he could go into a FL court and fix it.
Of course, as you said, he was taken by surprise by AP's lawyer showing up.

Scm it just doesnt make sense. Why... what was the registration issue and will huffmans side convince a judge to let them reregister? Perhaps even succeed in making AP look like the bad guy for swooping in and trying to "take" something thats not his and destroy it.

Listen i am on TEMNs side BUT like many others i want to consider both sides.

I appreciate the DD you provide but cut people some slack. We dont have the inside scoop.... i didnt know exactly what Huffman showed up to FL court with in his hands. Nor did i know he was shocked and couldnt breathe when APs attorney showed up -- until you told me.
