they are counterfeit as Team Zo told the court.
I appreciate the "fishing" but that's like asking why didn't someone register the vehicle they purchased?
Why didn't someone stop by the cash register before walking out of the store with merchandise they didn't purchase?
My question is, a not one person has answered, why are they claiming ownership of preferred convertibles AND THE 1B COMMON SHARES THEY REPRESENT?
That in and of itself is ABSURD and Huffy is a securities lawyer. HE and KARA KENNEDY have a lot to lose. ClearTrust has their name on those 1B common shares. They printed them w/out proper documentation. Excusing them, as Huffy did, did not make their troubles go away. ClearTrust needed the resolutions filed in NV before they printed and SIGNED those CERTS.
This isn't a TEMN issue, it just something Zo has a responsibility to manage as the CEO. He's doing so as the process allows. The defense team has the other side cornered.
Check mate. The PR was a home run!!!
