Shouldn't it be mentioned that $5.5mm of this misrepresented "cash" is RESTRICTED??? People know that EOR is broke and has no cash.

Care to discuss the AVAILABLE cash at EOR or should we just assume that the restricted cash is theirs to spend? LOL…the financials show that the company is out of cash. The OLD financials from 2013.
