Of course you can vote about what are you think is the right way.

But please don´t change the facts. Nobody from Germany wants to go to the BOD. We all want support Digitech, if he wants represent the shareholders.

But only change the Board wouldn´t help, there are too much YES MENS in the company. Fifer has to leave this company in my eyes as soon as possible, only then we can get credibility back on the market.

Also you shouldn´t have too much hopeness, that the management is willing to get down their salarys. Digitech has tried this already in several times. You should ask him what has Richard do with him after he has the first time recommend this to the management.......

What are these large Panamanian shareholders doing? Are they waiting on the SP to go to zero before they act? The time has passed to just put a band-aid on this problem and IMO there needs to be big changes made. Do these Panamanian shareholders have someone in mind to take Fifer's place? IMO if we can get someone credible from within the Company in a leadership role that would be best, but who could that be? Certainly no one with close ties to Fifer.

You need to remember credibility is the biggest issue with these people and you don't gain that by not replacing the people at the top.

You or Digitech need to explain to this board how he will be able to push PTQ in ANY DIRECTION when Fifer is still in charge and the other Yes Men are there to vote as they always have? It ain't gonna happen. Simple logic tells you that.

Explain that to me I want to hear how that will work.
