Ultimate, I appreciate all the effort on your part but see no value in Alda's bid unless the eventual price is above $70M, at which point the common shareholders might start seeing some return. Alda's initial offer was to purchase the assets for $42M, not the entity.

Enlighten me if I'm wrong but we're still most likely fucked. Again, I'm not selling any of my shares just in case but I don't see anything that's a real ray of hope, including Why's typically vague hints that something good is going to happen.
