That's another point the PR covered. It's not going to be bad news as they have already approved 2/3 of the requirements. BMSN/Regen would have already been rejected if it was going to happen.

In my opinion, FDA phase 1 approval for HemaXellerate is a foregone conclusion, just a matter of when now, not if.
