I am starting blame Kaye less and the SEC more for this scam. He now needs 24B shares to attract investors? Someone from the SEC needs to shut this share selling stock down.

Kaye is only doing what the law allows and if no one stops him, why not get rich of shareholders. That is probably his criminal mentality.
