So it is related to the block sellers, albeit in a different way than I would have anticipated. Seems like there could be a better way of assessing the fee though.

LOL, and the obvious *response* on that denizen of wonder boards...

It is equally as interesting to see how 100 share bid whacks, used to manipulate the PPS of a stock downward, have evolved into 101 share bid whacks, with an equally as evolving story being collaborated with the addition of that 1 extra share to the manipulation. I especially like how two completely unrelated regulations are being "linked" together in an attempt to paint a false and misleading picture of what is actually and truthfully occurring.
